I'm Anne Kyle, founder of The Leadership Beacon.
For nearly 30 years I've led schools, turned around struggling provisions, and coached leaders through the toughest storms education can throw at them.
I've been the Executive Headteacher of multiple schools, led PRUs and SEMH provisions, and worked with local authorities serving over 15,000 children. I know what it's like to balance budgets, inspections, safeguarding, and the wellbeing of both staff and pupils.

Why do I offer leadership coaching?
Because we need leadership that lights the way, not leaders burning out in the dark. Too many capable people are overwhelmed, second-guessing themselves, or carrying the weight alone.
